Buenos Aires, January 29 (NA) – The Superintendence of Health Services rejected the final registration of 13 agents in the National Register of Prepaid Medicine Entities (RNEMP) for failing to prove compliance with the requirements established by current regulations. With this addition, 152 agents have now been affected by registration rejection procedures, as part of the oversight actions promoted by the Superintendence to ensure that the register only includes entities that can demonstrate real activity, have affiliates, and compete freely in the market. Among the rejections is the social work of the dairy industry personnel (ATILRA), as learned by the Argentine News Agency. Specifically, those provided for by Law No. 26.682 and its applicable regulations governing the Health Insurance Agents regime. The measure was formalized through the publication of the edict in the Official Gazette. Official sources stated that the measure is part of the process of ordering and purging the agents' register carried out by the body, with the objective of guaranteeing transparency, reliable information for users, and clear rules for those operating in the system.
